Shift: Monday through Friday; 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

As a Yard Operations Associate you will be responsible for providing efficient operations of one or multiple yards which may include operating equipment, loading, and unloading product and executing standard receiving and shipping processes.

• Provide spotting duties for equipment operators
• Perform rigging and cribbing of all materials
• Inspect all equipment used daily
• Receive, count, and record shipment data into the system
• Prepare packages and merchandise for storage and delivery
• Operate heavy equipment

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment operations, warehouse, and customer service experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail required.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Ability to walk long distances throughout the day.

Compensation: $17.22 – $20.66 per hour. This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.

For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
