Important:
This is an On‑Site Position in Spain, Valencia.

This is an on‑site position based at our office in Spain. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available once you join the team. You will need to be based in Valencia or be willing to relocate. We provide full relocation support and visa sponsorship for successful international candidates.

• At least 5+ years of professional experience as an HTML coder, 3+ years in leadership
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JS
• Strong knowledge of CSS/JS animation
• Experience working with CSS pre‑processors:
  Sass/Less
• Experience with the GIT version control system
• Understanding of web application performance optimization
• Experience with Figma / Sketch / Photoshop
• At least an intermediate level of English
• Nice to have:
  Experience with Angular and Type Script

• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
• Hiring and training technical personnel
• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
• Delegating work and assignments to team members
• Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems
