* ** Industrial Electrician - Macon, IL
** This is a full-time, non-exempt position    
*
* Position Summary:

** We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our team. This position is focused on industrial environments such as plants, facilities, and heavy equipment sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and capable of working independently in demanding industrial settings.

* Position Responsibilities:

*** Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
* Perform conduit running (EMT, rigid, and PVC) in industrial environments
* Troubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, motors, and control circuits
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and single-line drawings
* Install and terminate panels, disconnects, MCCs, motors, and industrial lighting
* Work safely around live equipment, machinery, and production areas
* Follow all site-specific safety procedures and company policies
* Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance teams, and other trades
** Position Requirements:
*** Minimum of 4 years of industrial electrical experience
* Proven ability with conduit running and electrical troubleshooting
* Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and safety practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
* Must have own basic hand tools
** Preferred (Not Required):
*** Experience with motors, VFDs, PLCs, or control panels
* Plant maintenance or heavy industrial construction experience
