Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services environment.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or notifying site leadership as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entry points and public areas, provide directions and assistance to visitors, and help support orderly access consistent with posted requirements.;
Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrol observations, and daily activities, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
