- Talk to homeowners facing probate, foreclosure, divorce, addiction, etc.
- Build trust in minutes—sometimes in a single call.
- Structure deals that require intelligence, emotional agility, creativity, and persuasion.
- Make offers that change lives.
- Navigate objections, family politics, and human contradiction.
- Training in advanced sales psychology and real estate valuation.
- A compensation model built to reward closers, not order-takers.
- An environment where smart people are allowed to be smart—and expected to perform.
- You’ve succeeded in sales, counseling, law, crisis management, mortgage, debt resolution, in‑home sales, home services sales, or anything requiring emotional IQ + strategic control.
- You know how to influence people without manipulating them.
- You’re tired of shallow work and looking for something grittier and more meaningful.
- You have the ambition to earn $150K–$250K once you master the craft—and the humility to start at the bottom of a steep learning curve.
- All leads are inbound, pre‑qualified for you, and appointments are scheduled for you.
- Top earners make $180k+.
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience.
- Currently living in Houston, TX.
