As a Sales Executive, you are the primary relationship manager and trusted partner for our third‑party network. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondents, owners, and loan officers within your assigned territory.
- Prospecting and onboarding new broker and correspondent partners while expanding existing accounts.
- Training broker partners on loan programs, guidelines, pricing, and the latest technology tools.
- Serving as a subject‑matter expert on products, underwriting requirements, and market trends.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams—operations, underwriting, secondary—to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.
- Actively growing your pipeline and book of business through strategic account planning and outreach.
- Providing responsive, solution‑oriented support to help brokers close more loans and grow their businesses.
