* ** Enable smooth order flow:
** Manage the entire quoting process from RFQ to order, ensuring timely and accurate support for outdoor sales and internal coordination.
* ** Be the first point of contact:
** Receive customer inquiries, enter them into the system, and request cost estimates from relevant departments to keep projects moving.
* ** Secure competitive deals:
** Support account managers in pricing negotiations and lead negotiations for your own assigned accounts to maximize profitability.
* ** Ensure contract accuracy:
** Enter new contract requests, review details in alignment with account managers, and coordinate with the Contract Management team for compliance.
* ** Accelerate product adoption:
** Lead the sampling quoting and ordering process from RFQ through to purchase order entry, ensuring customers receive what they need quickly.#

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience  Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience  Relevant certifications, system experience, and training  Professional-Level English language skills preferred
