Wireless Area Sales Leader
Blue Link Wireless, an authorized agent of AT&T, is looking for an experienced District Manager – Area Sales Leader to manage five to ten retail locations. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
KeyRoles and Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with AT&T and Blue Link Wireless standards across all locations.
- Lead daily sales performance, meeting or exceeding targets in each store.
- Conduct a minimum of four qualitative store visits per location each month.
- Recruit, staff, and develop a high‑performing sales team, including new hire training.
- Review store performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, other Area Sales Leaders, and support teams to share best practices.
- Plan and execute local events and promotions in line with AT&T and Blue Link Wireless branding.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational retail environment.
- Resolve customer issues and uphold company policies in partnership with HR.
- Travel as required and work 50+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance required.
- Other relevant certifications may be considered.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience with 2+ years in wireless multi‑unit retail leadership.
- 2+ years as a Wireless Retail Store Manager.
- Proven success in recruiting, staffing, and developing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of merchandising, promotions, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with common business applications (Web, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze performance data and produce actionable reports.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Frequent travel and willingness to work variable hours.
- Ability to mobilize, use hand and finger skills, and operate a computer mouse and keyboard.
- Strong verbal communication and customer‑service capabilities.
- Clear vision for reading and interpreting documents in a technology environment.
