Sam's Club provided pay range. Base pay range: $33.00/hr - $41.00/hr the actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Position Summary:

This role involves member service, merchandise presentation, optical area operations, and assisting with eyewear orders and related services.

Provide member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, cleaning, organizing displays, signing and pricing, and securing fragile/high-shrink items.

Maintain the Optical sales floor in accordance with company policies by handling claims/returns, zoning the area, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.

Receive and stock Optical merchandise, organize the Optical area, follow procedures, and complete required documentation.

Operate hardware such as cash registers, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.

Sell Optical products and services by assisting Members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses, completing eyewear orders, verifying prescription information, completing documentation, and recording results of pre-tests.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 to $41.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
