CSB of Middle Georgia is a state leader in comprehensive behavioral healthcare providing integrated cost‑effective services. CSB of Middle Georgia is located in Dublin, Georgia, and the agency currently serves residents of Bleckley, Dodge, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Treutlen, Wheeler, and Wilcox counties;

and in our Ogeechee Behavioral Health Division, serving residents of Burke, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, and Screven counties.

• Working with physicians, PAs, NPs via Zoom and in clinic.
• Maintaining complete, accurate healthcare records and reports.
• Monitoring patients for side effects or reactions, including phlebotomy.
• Documenting vital signs and psychiatric/medical information.
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms or changes in patient conditions and responses.
• Effectively communicating with patients and families, providers, and others.
• Completing prior authorizations and patient assistance applications in a timely manner.
• Returning phone calls and answering messages.
• Ability to multitask while providing a high standard of care to patients and working autonomously as part of a team.
• Maintaining HIPAA regulations.

• RN licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work in adult outpatient as well as child and adolescent outpatient settings.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Office products.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines accordingly.
