Pay Range: $34.90 - $52.35

Where You Will Work

MOU - The Medical Observation Unit: MOU is a 16-bed, fast turnover Observation Unit with a goal of less than 23 hours LOS that builds strong clinical and critical-thinking skills. Our seasoned, supportive team creates a positive environment where nurses grow and succeed.

We’re Looking For
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Add additional preferred qualifications
What You’ll Do
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and clear communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
About This Location

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible.

Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center is a nationally recognized academic medical center, a nationally-verified Level 1 Trauma Center, Magnet ® hospital for nursing, and serves a service area of 30 counties and a population of nearly 750,000 persons.
