Coordinating the movement of patients as it relates to admissions, transfers, and discharges and acting as a liaison with providers and staff to ensure that patient care is delivered in an efficient and safe manner.
QualificationsMinimum
Education Required:
Graduate of a nursing program.
Minimum Experience
Required:
New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Required By Law: Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required.
Additional Qualifications: Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable. Bachelor's degree preferred. Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
