Dialysis Registered Nurse - RN Chronic In-center
Location:
657 Hemlock St, Suite 100, Macon, GA 31201. Salary: $59,030.00 - $77,630.00.
How you'll change lives: As an RN at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross‑functional team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assisting and supervising Patient Care Technicians to care for patients living with kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high‑quality dialysis treatment.
- Complete and document physical assessments before and after treatments; monitor patients during treatment.
- Review monthly patient medication profiles and administer medications per physician orders.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to perform patient assessment and care‑planning activities.
- Ensure center staffing requirements are met; maintain compliance with state regulations for staffing ratios.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws; participate in required staff meetings and continuing education.
- Current nursing license in the state of Georgia.
- Evidence of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred: one or more years of current nursing experience.
- Preferred: previous dialysis nursing experience.
