** Welder

** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform welding and fabrication tasks to maintain and repair equipment and structures
* Safely operate cutting torches, welders, and related tools to support plant operations
* Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify needed repairs to reduce equipment downtime
* Follow established safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
* Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding safely and effectively
* Capability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Commitment to performing work safely in a fast-paced industrial setting##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
** What We Offer*** $27.04 to $32.45 per hour
