CNC ProgrammerMachinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and technologies.

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including Haas and Mazatrol systems, to produce high-quality components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring adherence to GD&T standards.
• Assemble machined parts as needed, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

• Proficient in CNC machining with experience in Master
  
  CAM and Fusion
  360 programming.
• Running 3 - 4 - 5 axis mill simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of GD&T principles for accurate interpretation of technical drawings.
• Familiarity with tooling selection and setup for various machining operations.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Competence in operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Basic understanding of CAD / CAM software for reading technical drawings and designs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
