Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manger

Overview

We are Lockheed Martin. Join us as a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager where you will play a key leadership role within the Rapid Change Organization (RCO). You will support AMMM, F-22, F-35, F-16, ADP, and sustainment programs, ensuring seamless material flow, inventory management, and production support.

• Leading & Building Culture:
  Providing leadership and oversight to hourly personnel, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Material & Parts Flow Management:
  Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material and parts movement, ensuring optimal efficiency.
• Production Support:
  Overseeing material requirements for production SWBSs, ensuring a controlled flow of approved materials to meet production schedules.
• Inventory & Compliance Oversight:
  Supporting inventory management, control, and compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
• Warehouse Quality Control:
  Ensuring accuracy and compliance in warehouse operations to support seamless material movement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partnering with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to drive efficiency and address operational challenges.

• Demonstrated experience in Inventory Management and Requirements Planning.
• Working knowledge of Production Control Processes.
• Leadership experience leading a diverse salaried and hourly/represented workforce.
• Manufacturing Environment Experience.

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Experience extracting data sets to analyze data for decision making and development of metrics and tracking tools for reporting and managing processes.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze information, establish and drive resolution and escape it appropriately.
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management.
• Lean/6 Sigma Certification.
• Experience with 6S.
• Experience working in Union Environment.
• Experience with Project Management.
• Experience in Receiving, Warehouse Management, and Shipping.
• Security Clearance.
• SAP experience, specifically in the areas of Material Resource Planning (MRP) and warehouse management.

• Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
  The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
• Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
• Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
