Chief Enrollment Officer & Vice President of Enrollment Management – Middle Georgia State University
Middle Georgia State University (https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) invites inquiries, nominations and applications for its next Chief Enrollment Officer & Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM). MGA serves more than 8,800 students across five campuses in central Georgia and is part of the USG.
The Chief Enrollment Officer & Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) serves as an executive leader reporting directly to the President and serving on the President’s Cabinet. This dynamic and strategic executive provides leadership and direction for all aspects of student recruitment, enrollment, and marketing communications that align with the University’s mission, vision, and strategic goals. The new VPEM is desired to assume office on or before July 1, 2026.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a data-driven, comprehensive enrollment strategy aligned with the University’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Responsibilities- Lead and direct all aspects of student recruitment, enrollment, and marketing communications in alignment with the University’s mission and strategic goals.
- Develop and execute a data-driven, comprehensive enrollment strategy.
- Serve as a member of the President’s Cabinet and report directly to the President.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance enrollment targets and improve student access and success.
