Associate Systems Administrator; Onsite Device – iOS​/Apple Watch

) | 6-Month W2 Contract

We’re looking for an onsite Associate Systems Administrator to support participants during scheduled visits in a clinical/healthcare technology environment. This role is hands-on and participant-facing, focused on setting up mobile phones and Apple Watch devices, ensuring required apps/settings are configured correctly, and troubleshooting basic connectivity or functionality issues. You’ll document each setup and follow data privacy, security, and study protocols.

• Provide onsite technical support to participants during scheduled visits
• Assist with porting mobile phones to the required platform
• Configure and pair Apple Watch devices with participant mobile phones
• Install required applications and apply system settings
• Verify device connectivity, data synchronization, and overall functionality
• Troubleshoot common mobile/wearable issues (phone + watch)
• Explain steps clearly and guide participants on basic device use
• Document setup completion and any technical issues encountered
• Maintain compliance with privacy, security, and study protocols

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/training) in IT support, device support, or technical customer support
• Comfortable supporting and troubleshooting mobile devices (iPhone/iOS experience strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) environments and device setup workflows
• Strong communication and customer service skills (calm, clear, patient-facing)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced onsite setting

• Experience supporting clinical research, healthcare IT, or other regulated environments
• Experience troubleshooting Bluetooth pairing, app permissions, and data sync issues
