• Hourly Range $20.50 - $23.65 dependent on location and year of study

Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment, the Recruitment Student will play a key role in the administration and coordination of day-to-day Recruitment processes and activities.

• Screen Resumes
• Administer Assessments
• Conduct Candidate Pre-screens & Schedule Interviews
• Update Applicant Tracking System and Daily Management Sheet
• Administer Background and Reference Checks
• Reporting and Data Analytics
• Various Admin Support Tasks

• Enrollment in College or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Good academic standing required
• Completion of one prior internship/work term in a Human Resources or Business-related field required
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point
• Knowledge of HRIS Systems; experience with Oracle tools considered an asset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
