Your role as a Human Resource GeneralistKey responsibilities:
- Administer and process payroll using ADP Payroll systems ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives, addressing workplace issues promptly to maintain a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.
- Support compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, employee HR compliance and administration, and company policies specific to cold chain logistics and warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify workforce needs and develop targeted talent acquisition strategies.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems to track employee data, attendance, certifications, and training relevant to automated warehouse roles.
- Facilitate training programs and employee development initiatives focused on safety, compliance, and operational excellence in a technology‑driven environment.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and documentation to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Partner with management to support organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement activities aligned with New Cold’s growth strategy.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership on workforce trends and operational impacts.
We are seeking motivated and forward‑thinking individuals who thrive in a collaborative and fast‑moving environment. Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably within logistics, warehouse management, or automated operations environments.
- Proven experience with ADP Payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in employee relations within a regulated operational setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams including operations and engineering.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving skills suited to a dynamic, technology‑driven logistics environment.
