We’re looking for a Hospice RN Director of Operations to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of one or more branch locations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can inspire teams, drive performance, and ensure exceptional end-of-life care—every patient, every family, every time.

Lead, coach, and develop managers and staff to build strong, engaged teams
Oversee quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation readiness
Partner with sales and marketing to support census growth and community engagement
Ensure policies, procedures, and clinical protocols are current, effective, and followed
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and mission-driven care
Act as a key liaison between branch leadership, corporate teams, and executive leadership
You’re a confident, compassionate leader who:
Balances clinical integrity with business acumen
Communicates clearly, calmly, and effectively—especially in high-pressure situations
Understands hospice regulations, reimbursement, and compliance
Leads with empathy while holding teams to high standards
