We’re looking for a Hospice RN Director of Operations to oversee the clinical, operational, and financial success of one or more branch locations. • Direct daily clinical and operational performance, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations

• Drive financial health, budget performance, and KPI achievement

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and staff to build strong, engaged teams

• Oversee quality improvement initiatives, audits, and accreditation readiness

• Partner with sales and marketing to support census growth and community engagement

• Ensure policies, procedures, and clinical protocols are current, effective, and followed

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and mission-driven care

• Act as a key liaison between branch leadership, corporate teams, and executive leadership
