Mental Health Therapist, PRN

Responsibilities

Provide Psychiatric and/or Chemical Dependency counseling services to the patients admitted to Coliseum Center for Behavioral Health inpatient units.

Education

• Master’s degree Required

Work Experience

• 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, either inpatient or outpatient / partial hospital setting addressing both psychiatric and chemical dependency issues with clients. A minimum of two years of supervised experience in a psychiatric setting or addictive disease treatment setting, or minimum of three years of continuous active recovery in a twelve step program Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Professional certification and/or licensure as LCSW; LMSW; LMFT; LPC or actively pursuing such certification and/or licensure with projected completion within 2.5 years of hire Required
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification Required
• CPI certification within the first 90 days of employment Required
