Team Health is seeking a passionate and experienced licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to join our team and provide exceptional psychotherapy services. • Professional growth: access ongoing training resources to enhance your skills and stay current in the field
• Compensation is Fee for Service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated salary range of $55,000 to $150,000 with no cap on productivity income potential.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans for older adults in a long-term care setting
• Utilize your strong clinical skills to conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based interventions
• Experience the gratification of helping patients improve their mental well‑being and overall quality of life

• LPC, LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Georgia (we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role)
• Must be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hours
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for working with older adult populations
