Employee will provide technical expertise and project engineering as required to support the Gearing and Reliability Solutions team. The position will be responsible for mechanical project development, design, and execution to improve our customer’s production and reliability performance, primarily focused on mechanical power transmission systems. This position reports to the Director – GRS Technical Services.

• Coordinate between sales, application engineering, and the build/field services team to ensure alignment of the customer’s expectations and our teams’ execution.
• Provide advanced engineering expertise to solve problems and implement changes.
• Develop scope, design, construct, and install or modify existing equipment.
• Provide field support, including project supervision, equipment design, and troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns.
• Effectively communicate with internal customers and leadership.
• Provide emergency response support at all days/times.
• Be willing to travel at least 20 %.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
