• Plan and conduct occupational safety and health audits across U.S. operations
• Assess compliance with OSHA standards and conduct risk evaluations
• Prepare clear and objective audit reports for distribution to business partners and leadership
• Collaborate with audit program managers and safety experts to enhance audit protocols
• Document findings and track corrective actions using internal audit systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or auditing
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulatory requirements and safety management systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including report development
• Ability to analyze regulatory and technical information for well‑supported audit conclusions

• 7+ years of experience in safety and health or industrial hygiene
• Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third‑party)
• Relevant safety and health certifications such as CSP or CIH
• Experience with cross‑functional or global team collaboration
• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets, including use of pivot tables
