• Experience working with diesel and natural gas engines, electrical switch gear, automatic transfer switches, and balance of plant equipment.
• Strong understanding of power generation systems, power electronics, electronic controls, and fuel systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with high responsiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to meet driving qualification standards, including.

• Industry certification (e.g., EGSA certification).
• Technical degree or relevant certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of field experience in electrical power generation or related industry experience.
