This full‑time, 10‑month Lecturer position (non‑tenure‑track) begins in Fall 2026. The holder will teach a 5‑course load each semester (Fall and Spring) primarily for the B.S. program in Psychology, with opportunities to teach Summer courses depending on enrollment. Teaching responsibilities include both face‑to‑face and online courses, and the role requires regular on‑campus presence and travel among MGA campuses.
Responsibilities- Teach a workload of five courses per semester in the B.S. Psychology program.
- Actively pursue continuous improvement in teaching practices.
- Engage in activities that enhance student success.
- Maintain regular on‑campus presence and weekly attendance.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited university (or an equivalent international degree). This is mandatory.
Experience- Experience teaching in a university setting.
- Experience facilitating non‑tenure‑track appointments.
- Experience teaching college‑level courses related to psychology.
Doctorate in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a closely related field (preferred).
Experience- Experience with online course delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise student research.
- Letter of interest, including teaching philosophy.
- Curriculum vitae.
- Unofficial academic transcripts (undergraduate and graduate).
- Statement or description of any experience supervising student research and/or previous research.
- Name and contact information for three professional references.
