This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Coordinator located in Macon, GA. The Area Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of student residence areas, ensuring a safe and healthy living environment, and providing guidance and support to residential students.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of student residence areas, ensuring a safe and healthy living environment, and provide guidance and support to residential students. Duties include supervising and training resident assistants, planning and coordinating residential programming, managing student conduct issues, and fostering a sense of community within the residence halls.

• Experience in residential life management and student conduct
• Strong skills in supervision, training, and staff development
• Proficiency in planning and implementing student programs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and faculty
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse residential environment
• Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Counseling, or related field;
  Master's degree preferred
