An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctors office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are all negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients as part of an independent practice.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing doctor to determine practice terms, pay, and hours.
• Operate within the full scope of optometric practice as determined by professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing doctor.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Flexible scheduling including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule
• Fully furnished office with OD equipment; many use Clarifye digital eye examination technology
• Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System and full tech/pre-testing support
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system
