An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. The practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

Affiliation advantages include professional autonomy to care for patients, full scope of practice predicated on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor, flexible scheduling (including part-time), and access to a fully furnished office with OD equipment and digital eye examination technology.

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Understand that terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.
• Utilize available equipment and technology to support comprehensive eye care (e.g., Clarifye, Optomap where offered).
