• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of problems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
