• Accurately follow the resident MAR to ensure medications are given according to the Physician’s orders.
• Understand and follow the “Six rights” of medication administration and all Bickford policies.
• Appropriately utilize the eMAR system.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification on medication administration and care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise resident care work of non‑licensed team members and other areas as appropriate.
• Lead by demonstrating the Bickford Mission ‘Whatever it Takes’ to all other team members on shift.

• Active license as an LPN or RN in good standing.
• Willing to take additional training or education; specific states may require.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Good judgment, problem‑solving, decision‑making skills.
• Ability to use or learn Bickford’s eMAR system.
