Responsibilities:
The Assistant Coach for Football is responsible for all aspects related to assisting the Head Coach with conducting practices and competition, individual development, assisting with recruiting and contacting prospective student‑athletes and promoting/maintaining positive public relations.
Rank & Salary: $46,800 - $52,800 per year, commensurate with experience.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of collegiate football coaching experience
- Proven record of player skill development
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated record of successfully recruiting academically and athletically prepared student‑athletes
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coaching at the NCAA DI or DII level
For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree‑granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
