• Live our purpose by following all company SOPs at each workstation to help our Pharmacists manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (production, pick‑up, drive‑thru, and drop‑off) for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care, offering immunizations, and solving or escalating patient problems.
• Complete basic inventory activities such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts, returns‑to‑stocks, and other inventory activities.
• Maintain a high‑performing team by being receptive to feedback, seeking growth opportunities, and engaging in a safe and inclusive culture.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including travel to stores as required.
• Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and professional standards, and protect patient privacy and security.
• Deliver additional patient health care services, such as immunizations and point‑of‑care testing, where allowable by law.

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• Hold state‑level licensure and national certification as required by state;  to learn more.
• Must complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

• 1‑3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to work in the home store and across the market in other locations to meet business needs.

Part time

Typical pay range: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
