ResponsibilitiesThe Director of International Student Recruitment is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, and enroll international students. This role involves building relationships with prospective students, families, and educational partners worldwide, guiding applicants through the admissions process, and ensuring compliance with institutional and immigration policies. The Director is responsible for developing and executing activities to achieve international student recruitment targets, developing existing and future international target markets and ensuring a smooth and effective integration with the University's Admissions process.
The Director will report to the Assistant Vice President for Admissions and Enrollment Support, but the focus of the work will be a collaborative effort to recruit and enroll new undergraduate and graduate international students. The Director will partner with key staff colleagues in the Office of Admissions, the Office of Graduate Studies, and individual academic departments and dean's offices.
SALARY: Annual salary of $75,000 - $90,000. Negotiable, commensurate with experience.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, International Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in college admissions or international recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of global education systems and visa regulations.
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills.
- Ability to travel internationally and work flexible hours.
For a degree to be considered, it must be conferred from a regionally accredited degree‑granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.
