The assistant women's volleyball coach is responsible for assisting the head coach with the conduct of practices and games, working on individual player development, supervising pre-season and conditioning programs, assisting with recruitment and contact of prospective student-athletes, promoting and maintaining positive public relations, helping to plan and conduct summer camps, plus other duties as assigned by the head coach. Successful candidate must be committed to the academic success of student-athletes and be committed to their personal growth and social development.

Successful candidate must be fully committed to all NCAA, The Ohio Valley Conference, and Western Illinois University Athletics Department policies and procedures.

$35,568 annually /$2,964 monthly.
