Base pay range$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Responsibilities- Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. - Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up measurements, meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
- Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary to support In Stock initiatives.
- Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe to support Store Appearance.
- Drive sales to support department and store goals by upholding these priorities.
