Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location:

Within 1 Hour of Macedonia, OH

Employment Type:

Full-Time
Relocation Assistance Available for Qualified Candidates

• $40–$62 per hour (based on experience and diagnostic capability)
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• $500 after 30 days
• $2,000 after 6 months

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex commercial systems.

This role is ideal for technicians who:

• Are confident working independently
• Enjoy advanced troubleshooting
• Take pride in doing the job right the first time

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Service boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and refrigeration systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Support and mentor developing technicians when appropriate

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience (Senior-level technicians strongly encouraged to apply)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with large commercial systems preferred
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in commercial environments
• Technicians with primarily residential experience may not be the right fit for this role.

Field-based commercial service position

• Mechanical rooms, rooftops, commercial facilities
• Physical requirements include climbing, lifting, kneeling, and working in varying weather conditions
