Senior Commercial HVAC Technician

Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. Be part of an exciting team driven by excellence! • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and solutions clearly.
• Help younger technicians learn sophisticated equipment and processes.

• Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician, with expertise in boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration systems.
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to work outside in the elements, carry over 50lb and climb ladders safely.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $50+ based on experience
• Schedule:
  
  8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday;
  On-call availability as needed; 40+ hours per week

  Commercial HVAC: 10+ years (required)
