As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and provide customer service with a calm, professional presence.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter; report unusual conditions and maintenance concerns per post orders.

+ Monitor access points and help maintain orderly entry and exit for employees, contractors, and visitors by verifying credentials, directing traffic flow, and/or coordinating with site contacts as required.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting emergency services when needed, and documenting actions taken.

+ Complete detailed reports and shift logs, including incident reports, patrol activity, and key security-related observations, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
