The Avenue at Macedonia is a Post-Hospital Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care Facility built in 2017 that offers a distinctive environment not commonly found in skilled nursing facilities. From our hotel-like environment to our all private suites

Our facility provides some of the area’s highest level of rehabilitation, nursing and medical support to individuals needing post-hospital care and services
. We are looking for a committed individual with a reputation for being cheerful and friendly as they administer care to our residents.

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians

• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.)

• Perform skilled charting via the point click care charting system

• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders

• Maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)

• Provide instant medical care in emergencies

• Supervise nursing assistants

• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for residents and their families

• Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending monthly in-services

Day Shift: Full-time & Part-time

Day Shift/Night Shift PRN

• 12 hour shift
