Job Description

We are a growing company in the Macedonia area seeking experienced Forklift Technicians and Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable, expanding organization that values skilled trades professionals and offers steady hours with overtime available.

Pay: $30-$35/hr + Overtime

Shifts:

1st & 2nd Shift Available

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts and production equipment
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair pumps, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Complete mechanical assembly and component replacement tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Document maintenance work and repairs performed

Requirements

• Prior manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience required
• Forklift repair or heavy equipment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
