As a Surveillance Operator, you will help cultivate a collaborative safe environment by working closely with partner departments to support and elevate the guest experience. Your role is essential in maintaining a fair, safe, and secure gaming atmosphere for both guests and team members.

• Utilize a range of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to observe and review casino operations, record and archive audio/video evidence, and ensure the surveillance system is functioning properly
• Actively monitor all casino operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, identify suspicious behavior, and help prevent fraud and theft
• Collaborate with the local Gaming Authority and support external law enforcement agencies as needed; provide court testimony on behalf of the company when required. Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance activities and sensitive information

• Proficient in basic math without use of a calculator
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
• Basic working knowledge of various computer technology and software to include Microsoft Office applications
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Primarily assigned to the graveyard shift in a 24-hour operation, with the flexibility to work other shifts as needed
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 1+ Years of Prior Experience Required
