Join LSH Auto as a Vans Systems Technician and play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of our diverse range of vans. We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and ensuring that our vehicles operate at their best.
Responsibilities- Conduct maintenance, service, and repairs on various van models to exceed manufacturer standards.
- Correctly diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.
- Replace components, lubricants, and consumables in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Accurately document all work completed and manage service records effectively.
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in van systems maintenance or a related automotive position.
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Willingness to continue learning and evolving with advancements in electric vehicle technology.
- A range of Mercedes Benz training and leadership programmes.
