The Paint Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Paint department, ensuring that all Painted & Stained products meet the customers expectations in terms of Quality and Delivery. Suitable candidates must have relevant experience in a spray shop, preferably in a manufacturing/high volume setting but could also suit adaptable people from other sectors. The successful candidate will have:
Hands on production experience leading teams Experience and a proven history of following SOPs Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
