LSH Auto is seeking an Aftersales Manager who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a dynamic team at our dealership in Macclesfield. As an Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire aftersales operation, ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our business.
Your role will encompass managing service and parts departments, driving performance improvements, and fostering a culture of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the service and parts departments, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and manage aftersales team members to achieve performance goals
- Enhance customer service experiences and build relationships with clients
- Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Manage budgets and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Conduct training and development programs for team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team is knowledgeable about products and services
- Significant experience in aftersales management within the automotive sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in analysing data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with automotive software systems
- A valid UK driver's licence
