An Excellent Opportunity - Lead Two Supported Accommodation Services

We are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to lead two Ofsted‑regulated supported accommodation homes in Macclesfield (SK10) and Edgeley, Stockport (SK3), supporting looked after children aged 16‑18.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to manage two small, stable services, each currently supporting one young person, with excellent senior leadership, HR, recruitment, and compliance support.

• Provide strong leadership across both supported accommodation services
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and quality standards
• Lead registrations, inspections, and regulatory processes
• Maintain high safeguarding and child protection standards
• Develop and implement therapeutic, trauma‑informed care approaches
• Lead staff recruitment, supervision, training, and performance management
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, professionals, and families
• Drive service quality, development, and continuous improvement

• Previously held Ofsted registration within the last 2 years in supported accommodation (16‑18)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Strong safeguarding & regulatory knowledge
• Confident leading Ofsted inspections & compliance
• Passion for therapeutic, trauma‑informed care
