Industrial Disease Fee Earner​/Solicitor

* We currently have a vacancy for a Personal Injury Fee Earner in our Industrial Disease department at Imperium Law Solicitors in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
* We are searching for a new Fee Earner/Solicitor to join our Industrial disease department. You will need the ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload.

* Minimum Requirements
* * LLB Law Degree

For the right candidates we are able to offer training contracts.

* 2+ years of running an Industrial Disease caseload is required

* Skills/Competencies
* * A complete case handler mindful of statutory legislation, CPR and relevant case law

* An ability to work as a team

* Ability to keep calm and deliver results in a performance driven environment

* Good IT skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work in a volume claimant litigation environment mindful of the pressure that arises from a litigated case load

* Ability to work to tight deadlines, effective organisation and time management skills

* An ability to deliver excellent legal advice while maintaining client care standards

* A working knowledge of compliance issues and relevant codes of conduct and accounts rules
