Private Client; Wills & Probate – Partner & Associate Appointments

Cheshire. Well-established practice is expanding. Requirements at both Partner and Solicitor/Cilex levels.

A sizeable, private client team already exists but it is incredibly busy, and at the same time, there is a requirement for a partner to continue the development of private client services at Cheshire location.

Reflecting the firm’s client base and local demographics, you will be managing a diverse caseload from simple wills and straightforward probates to more complex estate planning, tax consideration and IHT avoidance.

The firm has a collaborative culture and you will enjoy working closely with colleagues in matrimonial, property and corporate & commercial on cross-referrals and joint projects. You will find a trusting and vibrant culture that allows people to work with autonomy and flexibility.

Salary will be based on PQE/experience. There are also enhanced benefits and the firm rewards personal performance, contribution and achievement.
