Responsibilities

  • Manage the full learning cycle—from needs analysis and design to evaluation—ensuring clear ROI and robust metrics to assess programme effectiveness.
  • Deliver and enhance development experiences, including Alkegen’s in‑house leadership programs, for diverse global audiences. Facilitate high‑impact sessions that build cohesion, capability, and performance, and create supporting workbooks, job aids, and webinars.
  • Lead the annual succession planning activity, including skills mapping and talent identification, to build a strong pipeline of ready talent aligned with current and future business needs.
  • Support global strategic talent projects and ope rationalise talent identification frameworks across business units, job profiles, and regions.
  • Oversee coaching and mentoring offerings, ensuring alignment with global standards and consistent quality when partnering with external vendors.
  • Manage the Workday system, in partnership with the LMS Administrator, to support Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, and Succession Planning processes.
  • Prepare and analyse reports to evaluate learning activities and identify organisational successes and gaps.
  • Participate in projects to support the Talent Development Team as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior audiences.
  • Experience managing talent systems (LMS, HRIS) and generating actionable insights from data;
    Workday experience preferred.
  • Experience in succession planning, skills mapping, and talent identification preferred.
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, global, and growth‑oriented environment.
